Care Instructions

Before using your new cookware, please read the following instructions and keep for future reference

  • Remove all labels.
  • Use only the recommended heat sources.
  • Choose the size of the cookware according to the amount of food you are going to cook.
  • Cookware litrage mentioned on individual package of item and in its description corresponds to real total capacity of the product. However, don’t fill your cookware up to the top; fill your item not more than for ¾ of the total capacity – it will allow you to escape pour-overs (especially important to observe these recommendations if you cook soups on heavy fire).
  • Using the gas stoves, watch the flame touches only the bottom of the ware, and it does not rise up to the walls. Using the electric or ceramic stove choose the disk diameter according the bottom size of the cookware.
  • Always heat the pan to a maximum of medium heat. This will preserve the non-stick coating.
  • When on medium high heat, make sure you use some oil. Don’t heat an empty pan.
  • Use wooden / Nylon spatulas instead of metal spatulas to preserve the non-stick coating.

Caution!

  • Do not use a strong fire while cooking without water. Do not leave the empty cookware on fire.
  • The cookware with bakelite and silicone accessories is not fit for intensive heating inside the oven (maximal heating temperature of such cookware inside the oven is 180°С for bakelite and 177°С for silicone).
  • The Cookware is not intended for using inside the microwave oven.
  • Beware of Thermal Shock (temperature changes from Hot to cold and visa versa)

Recommendations on Cookware Maintenance

  • After cooking DO NOT immerse your hot pan in cold water as this may result in irreversible warping. Always let the pan cool to room temperature before cleaning.
  • To prevent scratches, never scrub your cookware with a steel wool pad or any harsh abrasive cleaners.
  • To ensure the longer life of your non-stick cookware, it is recommended to only use wooden or nylon utensils. DO NOT use spray on oils, spraying oils have an ultra-thin layer of oil that will burn off at low temperatures and can leave a sticky residue that reduces the non-stick properties of your cookware.
  • Cookware is dishwasher safe, however, However it is recommended to wash in warm soapy water using a soft sponge or soft brush. If you do wash in dishwasher, wash on mild cycle with mild detergent and try to dry the product well; Repeated dishwasher cleaning and dishwasher detergent may cause oxidation to the rivet and base areas over time.
  • Do not use the cold water for cooling down the cookware and glass lids. Sudden temperature drops could cause the change of color of the metal and deformation of the surface
  • To help preserve the non-stick surface and ensure the best performance from your cookware, we recommend to periodically apply a few drops of cooking oil into the interior surface of the pan, especially after cleaning in a dishwasher.
