♦ Before the first usage wash the cookware thoroughly with hot water and a neutral detergent, rinse it well and wipe it dry. Remove all labels from the cookware. Oil the non-stick coating, rinse oil off with a detergent.
♦ Never use hard objects, steel sponges, abrasive cleaners for cleaning.
♦ Take the cookware out of a dishwashing machine right after washing. At least, open the machine lid right after washing is finished.
♦ Color of knob and Bakelite accessories may change with time due to cookware washing, however, it does not affect its functional properties.
♦ It is not recommended to use high-chlorinated and acid-containing detergents for cookware washing.
♦ Do not use detergents containing abrasive additives for washing the body (in some cases glass lids, since scratches on the glass reduce its heat-resistance.
♦ Do not use cold water for cooling the cookware and glass lids. Extreme temperature differences may cause change of metal color and surface deformation.
♦ If cookware is handled properly, food in it will not burn. But if it happened due to incorrect use, fill the cookware with water and detergent, bring to boil and then cool. Remove remnants of food.
♦ Always use the recommended heat sources. It helps to preserve all useful substances and non-stick coating.
♦ Choose the cookware size according to the amount of products you are going to cook.
♦ Cookware volume, specified on the package and in the product description, corresponds to the real total capacity of the cookware. However, never fill the cookware to more than 3/4 of total volume – this will help you to avoid the overflow of liquids.
♦ When using gas stoves, make sure that the flame touches the bottom of the cookware only, and never reaches the walls.
♦ When using an electric or ceramic stove, please choose the disk that fits the cookware bottom. This will allow you to keep the perfect appearance of cookware much longer, protecting it from unwashable cinder stains and save electricity or gas.
♦ Do not use heavy fire for cooking without water and do not leave an empty cookware on the fire.
♦ Handles of the cookware and lids can heat up during long intensive heating. Use potholder and kitchen gloves.
♦ The cookware with Bakelite and silicone accessories is not suitable for intensive heating in oven. (Maximum heating temperature of such cookware: Bakelite –150°C, silicone handles –230°С).
♦ Cool the cookware down before putting it into water.
♦ Do not cut food with a knife in our cookware.
♦ Do not use the cookware for storing cooked meals.
♦ Cookware with non-stick coating is washable in dishwasher, and also is very easy for hand washing.
♦ During the use scratches and abrasions may appear on the non-stick surface, this is not a defect and it does not impair the non-stick properties of the surface.
Before using the dishwasher and dishwashing agents carefully read the instructions attached and strictly follow them. Not all dishwasher operating modes and detergents are suitable for cookware with exposed aluminum areas. Some detergents may contain active ingredients that can damage aluminum cookware.
• Use non-aggressive detergents with a neutral pH level, otherwise a gray coating may form on the cookware in the exposed aluminum areas. If the coating appears, change the detergent.
• When washing dishes in the dishwasher, the outer and inner surfaces may become dull and discolored due to exposure to some detergents. It means that the detergent is not suitable for this cookware, and you need to change it. These cases are not covered by warranty.
• Remove the cookware from the dishwasher as early as possible, do not leave it for a long time in a humid environment, as this can lead to appearance of stains on the surface of the cookware.
